We love soft, buttery foods with a slight crunch. It also helps when a dish has only 5 ingredients and can be ready to eat in less than 20 minutes. This one was born our of purchasing a value pack of crescent rolls from a big box store and the needs to make something quick for lunch. I couldn’t resist this holiday sale, the deal was too good. We used shrimp that was pre-cooked and only needed the tails pulled off. That makes for very simple assembly. Below is a pictorial of the recipe. Ingredients

  1. Crescent Roll Dough – 2 cans
  2. Medium/Small Pre-Cooked Shrimp – 18
  3. Brie – 18 tsp.
  4. Paprika – 18 tsp.
  5. Pesto – 18 tsp.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and pull out mini cupcake tin.
  2. Roll out crescent roll dough
  3. Cut into 18 squares
  4. Place 1 tsp of brie in each
  5. Place 1 shrimp in each
  6. Sprinkle 1 tsp. of paprika on each
  7. Top with 1 tsp. of pesto on each
  8. Bake 12 minutes, cool a couple of minutes and gobble them up!
