Lately, our little foodie has been diggin’ the “dippy, dippy” sauces. This is a fast and fantastic way to make a healthy and fast “dippy, dippy”. Some recipes call for blending after each ingredient one at a time. When you have a toddler, the last thing you want is to run the blender a million times. If the little people are awake, they’ll want to play with the machinery! If they’re asleep, you’ll be sorry. Enjoy this fire roasted humus dip!
- Lemon Juice – 1/3 c.
- Tahini – 1/4 c.
- Olive Oil – 2 Tbs.
- Garlic Clove – 1 or 2
- Cumin – 1 tsp.
- Smoked Paprika – 1 tsp.
- Water – 3 Tbs.
- Fire Roasted Red or Yellow Peppers – 2
- Garbanzo Beans – 15 oz.
- Paprika & crushed pistachios – garnish
- Place ingredients 1 thru 9 in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Place in bowl and garnish with smoked paprika, garlic, chopped peppers or crushed pistachios.
Refrigerate what isn’t used!
