My dad is a huge pasta fan and shared this quick alfredo with us. He said you could use a can of condense cream of chicken soup or any cream of something soup! This might be great as a pizza base too.
- Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup – 1 can
- Water – 1 can
- Milk – 1/2 c.
- Garlic Clove – 1 minced
- Chopped Parsley – 2 Tbs.
- Parmesan Cheese Grated – 1/2 c,
- Combine 1 thru 6 in a pot on medium heat and bring to a boil for 2 or 3 minutes. Stir often.
- Simmer and cover until you’re ready to use.
