Once you make your own alfredo sauce, you will not return to the store bought variety. This is my Dad’s 15 Minute Easy Alfredo Sauce recipe. He said you could use a can of condensed cream of chicken soup or any cream of something soup. You might want to consider this as a pizza base or something to dress up some slow cooked chicken. This will make enough to cover one pound of pasta or spaghetti squash.

Dad's 15 Minute Easy Alfredo Sauce



  1. Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup – 1 can or 10.5oz (the link takes you to a reduced sodium brand)
  2. Water – 1 can
  3. Milk – 1/2 c.
  4. Garlic Clove – 1 minced
  5. Chopped Parsley – 2 Tbs.
  6. Parmesan Cheese Grated – 1/2 c,


  1. Combine 1 thru 6 in a pot on medium heat and bring to a boil for 2 or 3 minutes. Stir often.
  2. Simmer and cover until you’re ready to use. If it is simmering for more than a few minutes, stir often.

Tip: Be sure to dance while it’s simmering. Do this because you realized that you made a tasty sauce in less than two steps and possibly under 12 minutes.
